Winoma "Winnie" McNeely, 93, of Foster, WV passed away December 13, 2021.
She was born August 29, 1928 to the late Hobert and Enola Green. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband Paul Eugene McNeely; daughter Nancy McNeely; granddaughter Kim Miller; and siblings Georgie Adkins and Lou Ella Lowe.
She was a member of Rock Creek Church of Christ. she loved to cook and bake and take care of her family.
She is survived by one son, Stephen McNeely (Deborah) of Foster, WV; daughter, Phyllis Miller (Dennis) of Foster, WV; five grandchildren, Andrea McNeely, Angie McNeely, and Joseph McNeely all of Kenna, WV, and Paula Mccormack (David) of Cool Ridge, WV; seven great grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren. She is also survived by three brothers, Harold Green of Foster, WV, Shirley Green of Bim, WV, and Terry Green of Bim, WV; and one sister, Linda Johnson of Foster, WV.
Graveside service will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, December 15 at Ballard Cemetery at Rock Creek, WV. Handley Funeral Home in Danville, WV is assisting the family.
