Virginia Lucille Terral, 73, of Bob White, WV passed away February 28, 2026 at CAMC Memorial Division in Charleston, WV.

She was born in January of 1953 in Madison, WV to the late Bobby and Audrey Nelson.

In addition to her parents, preceding Virginia in death are her siblings, Eddie Nelson and Kaye Cook. 

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Freddie Terral; son, Jerrad Terral of Van, WV; stepson, Freddy Terral; daughters, Steph Vines of Denver, CO, Della Young of Poca, WV, and Holly Williams of Vandalia, OH; stepdaughter, Missy Walker of Lick Creek, WV; sisters, Sandy Conley of Ripley, WV and Dee Thurmond of Clover, SC. Virginia is also survived by a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren, family, and friends.

Services will be 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 4, 2026 at Handley Funeral Home in Danville, WV, officiated by Matt Johner. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Burial to follow in Family Gardens, Low Gap, WV.
