Virgie L. Farley, 90, of Branchland, WV died Wednesday, February 25, 2015 at home. She was born October 10, 1924 in Harts, WV, a daughter of the late Joseph and Rachel Workman. She is also preceded in death by her husband Freelin D. Farley; son, Marshall Farley; and several brothers and sisters.
She is survived by three daughters, Barbara Merrill, Joyce Pinney and Linda Carpenter; two sons, Maxwell Farley and Herbert Farley; several grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 11:00am Saturday February 28, 2015 at Handley Funeral Home, Hamlin, WV with Michael Abshire officiating. The burial will follow in the Dad Farley Cemetery, Branchland, WV. A visitation will be one hour prior to the funeral.
