Sylvia Iris Meadows, 95, of Madison, WV passed away February 14, 2021.
She was born December 6, 1925 in South Wales, Wales to the late William and Annie Matilda Hillier and her husband Harry Leon Meadows. In addition to her parents she was also preceded in death by one sister and three brothers.
She is survived by son, Bill Meadows; four grandchildren, nine great grandchildren; and nine great-great grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother, Norman Hillier.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, February 18 at Boone Memorial Park, Madison with Bill Meadows officiating.
Visitation will begin at 1 pm at Handley Funeral Home in Danville.
Due to Covid-19 pandemic, CDC guidelines will be observed, with mask and social distancing encouraged.
