Ruth O'nell Carver

Ruth O’nell Carver, 83, of Seth, WV passed away April 12, 2024 at home with her family by her side.

She was preceded in death by her husband Dana Paul Carver; and parents George Hoover, Sr. and Lillie Henson Hoover.

She was a member of Church of God of Prophecy, Chapmanville, WV.

She is survived by her son, Tim Carver of Williams Mt. WV; daughters, Dana Carver of Liberty, WV and Jennifer Carver of Williams Mt. WV; brother, Junior Hoover; grandchildren, Michael Paul Carver, Tracy Meadows-Elkins, Amy Dyer-Allen, Shena Castle and Carrie Knoble; great grandchildren, Bryson Carver, Matthew Spencer, Shaylee Merritt, Devin Merritt, Bailey Boothe, Nakila Boothe, Montana Parsons, Kaily Parsons, Peyton Knoble, Abigail Allen, Noah Allen, and Liam Paul Coleman; great great grandchild, Kendall Hartwell.

Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, April 17, 2024 at Handley Funeral Home in Danville, WV with Jerry Chapman officiating.
