Ruby Christine Asbury, 81, of Peterstown, WV passed away Saturday, January 26, 2019.
She was born in Twilight, WV on July 11, 1937 and was a daughter of the late Carl and Nannie Cook Mooney. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband James C. Asbury.
She is survived by two sons, James E. (Hazel) Asbury and Kenny R. (Becky) Asbury; grandchildren, Becky (Perry) Henry, Christina Asbury, Kenny Asbury, Jamie Asbury and Joey Asbury; great-grandchildren, Beth Henry, Mathew Lily, Ray Henry, River Zutaut and JJ Lilly.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, January 30 at Asbury Cemetery, Twilight with Elliot Asbury officiating.
Arrangements by Handley Funeral Home in Danville, WV.
