Robert Frederick Atha, 63, of Madison passed away on November 27, 2016 at CAMC Memorial, Charleston.
He was born March 7, 1953 and was from a family of 12. He was preceded in death by his grandparents who raised him, Earl and Rhoda Atha.
He is survived by his aunt, Mary Cox of Florida; cousin, Cathy Farmer of Florida; a special friend, Edaniah Lerzo of Uneeda; and a host of friends at ResCare of Madison.
Service will be 6 p.m. Thursday, December 1 at Handley Funeral Home, Danville with Pastor Ruth Ann DeLong officiating.
Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
