Rex Allen Bias

December 31, 1958 — February 1, 2024

Bloomingrose, WV

Rex Allen Bias, 65, of Peytona, WV, died at Hubbard Hospice House on February 1, 2024. His battle ended on a Thursday, surrounded by love and family, when he went to his heavenly home. Rex Bias is the son of the late William Dean and Ida Mae Bias.

He is survived by his daughter Niki and her husband David, along with his six grandsons: Patrick, Maverick, Austin, Kohlton, Brody, and Ayden, whom he loved more than words. Also, his surviving brother Billy, his wife, Debbie Bias of Peytona, and many nieces and nephews. His brothers, Gary and Jeff Bias, and his sister, Donna Plumley, preceded him in death. Rex loved hunting and fishing with his brother Billy Bias, with whom he shared precious memories in Pocahontas County at the camp and just out having fun four-wheeling with his family. He attended Drawdy Freewill Baptist Church. He was never too busy to lend a helping hand or just pop in for a visit. To say that this man will be missed is an understatement; he is a beloved father, pawpaw, brother, uncle, great-uncle, great-great uncle, cousin, and best friend.

Please help us say we will see you again in heaven one day on Feb 10th at Handley Funeral Home in Danville, WV with viewing at 1 pm and followed by service at 2 pm.
