Regina Lynn Burns 52 of Branchland, WV passed away Saturday May 6, 2023 at St. Mary’s Medical Center. She was born March 28, 1971 a daughter of Ruby Merritt Adkins and the late Willis Adkins.

She was a homemaker; she loved singing, angels, and crosses.

In addition to her mother, she is also survived by her husband David Toney of Branchland; her brothers Dewey Gillman of Dalton, GA and Ray Gillman of Branchland; several nieces, nephews, and friends.

Funeral service will be 11:00AM Friday May 12, 2023 at McGhee-Handley Funeral Home West Hamlin, WV with Lenny Romans officiating. Burial will follow at Watson Cemetery, Branchland.

Visitation will be from 6 pm to 8 pm Thursday at the funeral home.
