Paul Phillip Rowley, 65, of Madison, WV passed away Saturday, October 17, 2026.

Paul was born in August of 1961 to the late Paul and Herta Rowley. He loved to fish with his buddy, Marvin, and he also loved attending church and Sunday School at Madison United Methodist Church.

In addition to his parents, preceding him in death is his sister, Eveline Rowley Ball; and grandparents, Raymond and Erna Rowley and Phillip and Kathe Raber.

Those left to cherish his memory are his sisters, Patty Cox of Madison, WV and Julie Randolph of Hurricane, WV; brother-in-law, Joe Ball; and his nieces and nephews: Renate Cox Barker, Amy Jo Ball, Casey Randolph, Dustin Randolph, and Katie Randolph.

Per Paul's wishes, there will be no services.

Handley Funeral Home in Danville, WV is assisting the family.
