Paul D. Cox

Paul D. Cox of Madison, WV passed away July 2, 2022 at his home. Paul was born on April 26, 1968 to the late Sandra and James Cox. In addition to his parents Paul was preceded in death by his wife, Doris (the love of his life); his sister Andrea Abdellaoui; and brother James Cox.

For several years, Paul managed stores of a fast-food chain in Fairfax, VA and then in Charleston, WV. Paul loved camping, fishing and spending time with his family and friends. He dearly loved his dog, Midnight.

Paul is survived by his brother John; stepdaughter Edith Miller; granddaughter Hayley Miller; nephews and nieces Josh and James Cox and Amira and Hakeem Abdellaoui.

Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Friday, July 15 at Handley Funeral Home in Danville, WV with pastor Tony Vance officiating. Burial will follow in Family Gardens on Low Gap Road, Madison, WV.

Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. until service time.
