Patricia Ann Puckett

Patricia Ann Puckett 55 of Bim, WV passed away peacefully at home, Saturday, May 4, 2024.

Patricia was a wife, mother, sister, cousin, grandmother, aunt, great aunt and a friend. She had a lot of titles, and enough love in her heart to honor each one.

Patty was preceded in death by her parents, Jackie Ray Price and Gaye Francis Price, both formerly of Bim, WV.

Those left to carry on her memory are her husband of 19 years; “Big Ed” Edward Ray Puckett of Bim, WV, her children; Jeremy Blain Smith (Bailey) of Tennessee, and Dakota Ray Smith (Jessica) of West Virginia, grandchildren; Raelyn Smith and Silas Smith, sisters; Melissa Lester (Michael) of Beckley, WV, Peggy Richmond (Jimmy) of Gainesboro, TN, and Misty Adams (Tivus) of Bim, WV, brother; Brent Price (Tracey) of Wharton, WV, sisters in law; Maria Jarrell (Rick) of Lincolnton, NC and Jacklyn Fields (John) also of NC.

Patty always had a soft heart for kids. She leaves behind a host of nieces and nephews that will remember the love she showed them.

Patty’s truest enjoyment in this life were her grandbabies.  She loved to keep them for sleepovers, spoil them and love them.  They were her pride and joy!

Patty had a heart of gold.  She loved to shop and she loved to share those purchases with friends and family.  All those little gifts she shared with people are now small treasures to carry on a memory of her giving spirit.

Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, May 10, 2024 Handley Funeral Home, Danville, WV with Scotty Elswick officiating.   Burial will follow in Jarrell Cemetery, Bim, WV.
