Nathan Ray Adkins

Nathan Ray Adkins, 68, of Alum Creek, WV passed away on March 19, 2026.
Nathan was born on October 21, 1957 to the late Freeman Adkins. He was a Marine Veteran, truck driver, avid fisher, and most importantly, a gentle soul.
He is survived by his two sons, Benjamin Adkins and Leo Adkins.
A special thanks to Nathan's caregivers, Savanna Jones and Shawn Jones.
Funeral service for Nathan will be held at 2 p.m., Sunday, March 22, 2026 at Handley Funeral Home in Hamlin, WV. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service. Burial to follow at Yeager Cemetery in Fez, WV.
