Michael Ray Angel, 75, of Julian, WV passed away April 26, 2026.
He was born January 3, 1951 and was a son of the late Jesse James and Violet Angel. He was also preceded in death by his wife Mae Belle "Sue" Holstien; siblings Darrell Angel, Jimmy Angel, and Patty Robinson; daughter Teresa Angel; and great grandson Maverick Locklear.
He is survived by two sons, Michael Anthony “Tony” Angel and Patrick Darren Angel; sisters, Madalyn Staufer and Janet Hager, one granddaughter, Victoria (Dale) Locklear; four great-grandchildren, Maddison Locklear, Elisabeth Locklear, Myles Locklear, and Mayzin Locklear.
There will be a memorial service at a later date. Handley Funeral Home in Danville, WV is assisting the family.
