Mary Virginia Neace

Mary Virginia Neace, 80, of Caledonia, Ohio went to her Heavenly Home on October 20, 2022. She was born on May 8, 1942 in Lincoln County, WV. She is preceded in death by her parents, Weltha Williams and Winfield Neace; her sisters Nettie Nelson, Wanda Sue Norman, and Tony Estep, and her brother Albert Neace.
She is survived by her daughter Betty Nickelson (Mike) of Bucyrus, Ohio, and her sons Dan Sias (Chris) of Edison, Ohio, Martin Sias of Ranger, WV , Melvin Sias (Jackie) of Ranger, WV and Norman Sias of Huntington, WV. Mary also leaves behind Gary Sias (Emily) of Mansfield, Ohio, Joyce Webb (Phil) of Milton, WV, Kathy Sias of Columbus, Ohio, Sherry Nelson of Cleveland, Ohio, and her brothers Dan Neace (Faye) of Jellico, TN and Winfield Scott Neace, Jr. of Huntington, WV. Mary was also richly blessed with a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Mary demonstrated love and acceptance of others through her friendly and fun-loving personality, and her kind, generous, and caring spirit. She found joy in the beauty of nature, music, and socializing. Her gift for storytelling, her artistic creativity, and her deep love of children was evident to all she met. Mary was truly a special lady, and words cannot express how much she’ll be missed by her family and friends.
Funeral service will be 1:00PM Monday October 24, 2022 at McGhee-Handley funeral Home West Hamlin, WV with Michael Nickelson officiating. Burial will follow at Norman Cemetery 10 Mile Road Midkiff, WV. Visitation will be one hour prior to service.
