Lori Lea Edwards

Lori Lea Edwards, 60, of Bloomingrose, WV, passed away Wednesday, August 20, 2025.

Lori was born to the late Roger and Judy Bowman. She was a Christian who enjoyed spending time with her grandchildren.

In addition to her parents, she is proceeded in death by her sister, Carmen Miller.

Those left to cherish her memory are her husband, Brian Edwards; sons Johnathan Adkins of Huntington, WV, Christopher Adkins of Bloomingrose, WV, and Trevor Edwards of Bloomingrose, WV; step-sons Sean Edwards of Ringgold, PA and Bryon Edwards of Ringgold, PA; daughter Brittney Adkins of Huntington, WV; brother Dale Bowman of Drawdy, WV; sisters Pam Halstead of Drawdy, WV, Rose Bowman of Madison, WV, and Tammy Walls of Julian, WV; and Lori’s grandchildren: Jaiden Adkins, Alayla Harkless, Caydence Edwards, Addison David, Addilyn David, Ensley Adkins, Bentlee Adkins, Creed Adkins, Harley Adkins, Laiknn Ross, and Kennedy Ross.

Services for Lori will be at 2:00 p.m., Tuesday, August 26, 2025 at Handley Funeral Home in Danville, WV. Visitation to be held one hour prior to the service. Burial to follow at Danville Memorial Park in Danville, WV.
