Lloyd Stowers

Lloyd (Bub) Stowers, 60, of Hewett, WV passed away peacefully surrounded by his family on Wednesday, June 5, 2024 at Boone Memorial Hospital. 

He was born in Augsburg, Germany on September 14, 1963 to the late Cecil and Betty Stowers.  He was also preceded in death by his nephew Jacob Dolin.

Lloyd is survived by his wife, Renee; sons Carson Stowers and Dylan Ulbrich; brothers, Scottie (Marsha) Stowers, Ronald Smith, and Timmy (Teresa) Darnell; sisters, Robin (Jackie) Dolin, and Jenni (Chris) Casto; mother-in-law, Phyllis Dunlap, brothers-in-law, Joey (Pam) Dunlap, Freddie “Jingo” Dunlap, Tony (Delora) Dunlap, and Greg Dunlap; sisters-in-law, Charlotte Price and Terri (Dennis) Jenkins. Also left to cherish so many memories are many nephews and nieces who loved their Uncle Bub.

Funeral service will be 11:00 a.m. Saturday, June 8, 2024 at Handley Funeral Home in Danville, WV.  Burial will follow at Danville Memorial Park on Indian Grave Road, Danville, WV.  

Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
