Larry Elliott Pauley

Larry Elliott Pauley, 71, of Jeffrey, WV went home to be with the Lord on March 8, 2024 surrounded by his loving family.

He was born March 1, 1953 in Madison, WV to the late Lillian and Elliott Pauley also of Jeffrey. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his son Larry Joe Pauley; grandson Larry Allen Pauley; and daughter Melanie Lee Pauley all from Boone County.  He was also preceded in death by three wife’s, Jessie May Pauley, Vicky Lee Ball, and Theresa Pauley; his brother Samual Sumler, Bobby Sumler; and sister Mary Ann Pauley.

Larry was a coal miner for 37 years. He was a loving father and neighbor.

Those left to cherish his memory are his daughters, Tess Myers and Summer Pauley; son, Chris Pauley; ten grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday, March 12 at Handley Funeral Home in Danville, WV with Charles Gillispie officiating.  Burial will follow in Memory Gardens on Low Gap Road, Madison, WV.

Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
