Kevin Dewayne Spurlock, 57, of Madison, WV passed away at his home on March 12, 2026. He was born July 24, 1968.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Sherrill and Phyllis Spurlock, and his grandparents, Bruce and Elvetta Spurlock & Isacc and Mary Kitchen. 

He is survived by his brothers Greg (Caro) Spurlock of Morrisvale, WV and Woody Spurlock of Lick Creek, WV; his girlfriend of many years, Neva Spaulding; and his long time best friend, Johnny Jeffrey. Kevin is also survived by a host of family and friends.

In his free time,  he enjoved riding four wheelers, hanging out with friends, and spending time with his dog, Puppy. 

Per Kevin's wishes, a memorial service will be held at a later date.
