Kenith L. Thompson

Kenith (Kenny) L. Thompson, 61, of Spruce Laurel, passed away June 25, 2025.

He was preceded in death by his partner of 28 years, Annette Sutphin, who he loved dearly, his father, Sidney Thompson, and his mother, Evelyn Louise Dillon, and many aunts and uncles.

Those left to treasure his memory are his son, Mark (Markie) Mayse; his pet dog, White Streak; stepdad, Tucker Dillon of Powell Branch; sisters, Deedra Thompson of Logan County, WV, Lorretta Thompson and her partner, Kenny Tabor of Bias’s Branch, and Lizzie McNeely (Joe) of Meadowfork; and brother, James Thompson of Powell Branch; 3 nephews, DJ and Eric May and Matthew Dillon, and 1 niece, Tessa Tabor. Kenny leaves behind a host of great nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Kenny will be missed by his family.
