Kathy Louise West

Kathy Louise West passed away after a short illness at CAMC General in Charleston, WV on January 18, 2023. She was a daughter of the late George and Shirley West, she was 68 years old.

Kathy was born with Down Syndrome, but despite her disability still led a full and happy life.  Kathy loved coloring, watching her favorite tv shows, birthday parties, Christmas, and spending time with family.

Kathy was the beloved daughter of the late George and Shirley West.  She was a special sister of Scott (Amy) West, Sherry May, Alberta (Roy) Webb, and Patty Gauze.  She was the special aunt of Cody West, Brooke Adams, Christy Cox, Brittany Maurer, RJ Webb, Malinda Webb, Sabrina Harper, and Aaron Gauze.  She was also survived by many great nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends.

A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, January 23 at Mid-Ferrell Cemetery, Bandytown, WV with Chip Frame officiating.
