Kathern Marie Anderson, 76, of Morrisvale, WV was born October 7, 1946 in Raleigh County, WV and passed away at her home on October 20, 2022.
She was the daughter of the late Orbey Tobe Anderson and Lenna Ethel Mason Anderson of Mud River. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her brothers, Orbey Everett Anderson of Mud River, Wardie Anderson of Dryden, Virginia, and Howard Webb of Aliquippa, PA; brother-in-law Millard Kimbell Broughton and her nephew Millard Wayne Broughton both of Morrisvale, WV; sisters Novenus Elkins of Morrisvale, and Josephine Elyabeth Spanger of Union Ohio.
She is survived by her sister, Ida June Broughton.
She was a member of Maple Hill Missionary Baptist Church of Morrisvale for 53 years.
A graveside service will be 2 p.m. Monday, October 24 at Ryan Cemetery, Morrisvale, WV with Billy Silva officiating.
Handley Funeral Home in Danville is assisting the family.
