Katherine Arlene Hunter went to be with her beloved husband and gained her wings on October 27th, 2024.
She was born in Portland, ME on March 6, 1949. She married the love of her life, Herman, on July 2, 1976, and dedicated her life to being a loving housewife, mother and grandmother.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Herman Hunter, of 47 years. She is survived by her daughters April Kearns and Jennie Hunter and her grandchildren Dakota Carnahan, Madalyn Carnahan, Brittany Hammond, Joseph Hammond, Taylor Hammond and several great grandchildren.
We would also like to express our deepest appreciation to Hospice of Huntington for the excellent care of our mother.
At our Mother’s request there will not be any visitation or service.
