Karen Ruth Simpkins, 63, of Branchland, WV died Thursday, April 30, 2015.
She was born May 24, 1951 in West Hamlin, WV, a daughter of the late Woodrow Wilson Adkins and Redith Simpkins. She was also preceded in death by a brother, David Lowell Miller and a sister, Margaret Adkins Hazelett Adkins.
She is survived by brothers, Don Napier, Frank Sanders, Jairl Napier, Linford Napier and Winford Napier; sisters, Donna Sue Smith, Lillian Adkins Wakins, Wanda Napier Smith, and Judy Napier Pritchard; special nephew and nieces, Steven Ray Jeffers, Eary Brammer and Erica Lycans; great nieces and nephews, Olivia Lycans, Felicity Young, David "Bubby" Young, Elizabeth Lycans and Emma Brammer; a host of Nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be 2:00pm Saturday May 2, 2015 at McGhee-Handley Funeral Home, West Hamlin, WV. The burial will be in the Dial-Prichard Cemetery, Branchland, WV. A visitation will be one hour prior to the funeral.
