Obituary

Judith Ann Nelson, 79, of Seth, West Virginia, passed away unexpectedly at her home Sunday afternoon. Her passing leaves a deep emptiness in the hearts of all who loved her dearly.

Judith was a wife, loving mother, and proud grandmother and great-grandmother. Her family meant more to her than anything in the world. Her only son, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren were her greatest blessings, and she loved them more than life itself. Her family was her world, and her love for them was immeasurable.

Judith enjoyed life’s simple pleasures, especially trips to the beach, camping, shopping, and going out to eat. These activities brought her happiness and created special memories that her loved ones will cherish forever.

Judith was preceded in death by her father, Woodrow Collins; her mother, Irene Collins; and her brother, Greg Collins.

Those left to cherish her memory are her loving husband, Thomas Nelson, of Seth, West Virginia; her only son, Joseph Edward Jarrell Jr., and his wife, Amy Jarrell, of Daytona Beach, Florida; her beloved grandchildren, Vanessa Pennington, Ashley Tignor and her husband, Blake Tignor, and Bradley Jarrell; her precious great-grandchildren, Jameson Jarrell and Jayda Pennington; her brother, John Collins; and her sisters, Donna Massey, Connie Anderson, and Vickey Miller.

Though Judith’s passing was unexpected, the love she gave her family will never be forgotten. The memories she created, the moments they shared, and the love she poured into their lives will remain in their hearts forever.

There are no words to fully express the pain of losing someone so deeply loved. As her family learns to live without her physical presence, they will continue to carry her love with them each day.

Her family was her world, and she loved them more than life itself. Her love will live on through all those who were blessed to know her. Though she is gone from their sight, she will forever remain in their hearts.

Rest peacefully, Judith. You are loved beyond measure, missed beyond words, and will never be forgotten.
