In Loving Memory of Judith Gail Cooper, 66, of West Hamlin, WV passed away at home Friday October 25, 2013. Judy was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend to many. She retired from the Lincoln County Board of Education.
She is survived by her husband James "Pappy" Cooper; children, James Trevor, Felecity and Tracy Cooper; brother, Danny Ray Dillon and grandchildren; Tristan, Tuesday and Dillon all of West Hamlin, WV.
Funeral services will be 2:00pm Tuesday October 29, 2013 at Handley Funeral Home, Hamlin, WV. The burial will follow in the Portersville Cemetery, Lower Mud River Road, West Hamlin, WV. A visitation will be from 6pm to 8pm Monday at the funeral home.
