Joyce Ann Fowler, 79, of Julian, WV passed away April 4, 2024 at her home.
She was a member of Camp Creek Tabernacle. She loved to sing, play piano, guitar and fishing.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Leonard Brown and Lenora Elmore Stewart Brown.
She is survived by her husband, Herald E. Fowler; children, Lenora Slater Tucker (Greg) of Kentucky, William F. Slater, Jr., Della Wilson, and Ruth Slater, all of Teays Valley, WV; brother, Claude Brown of Ironton, OH; sister Naomi Meninger of Gassaway, WV; five grandchildren; and two great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 11:00 a.m. Monday, April 8, 2024 at Camp Creek Tabernacle, Julian, WV with Steve Hayes officiating. Burial will follow in Elmore Cemetery, Dutch Ridge, Blue Creek WV.
Friends may call one prior to the service at the church.
Handley Funeral Home, Danville, WV is assisting the Fowler family.
