Jewell Bailey, 74, of Twilight, WV passed from this world to Heaven on August 16, 2012 at Boone Memorial Hospital in Madison, WV.
She was a faithful member of the star of Bethlehem Freewill Baptist Church at Twilight, WV.
She is survived by daughter, Kathy and husband Rev. Dr. Stephen Melton of Cincinnati, OH; son, Rickey Bailey of Twilight, WV; grandsons, Jared and Jalen Jarrell of Greenview, WV; sisters, Betty Penix, Bonnie Adkins, Sue Pridemore and Ann Brady; brothers, Bobby, Charles, Jesse, Jimmy, Roger and Gene Castle; and a large host of wonderful family that she loved very much.
Services will be 2 p.m. Sunday, August 19, 2012 at Handley Funeral Home, Danville with John Frame and Melvin Messer officiating. Burial will follow in Danville Memorial Park, Danville.
Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
