A son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather, soldier, teacher, bus driver, or minister; no matter how you knew him, you knew he was always quick to lend a hand, a kind word, or a shoulder to cry on if needed. Your smile and words of wisdom and comfort will be missed; but, we know your teachings and love will be with us all forever.
He is survived by brothers Larry (Cathy) Perdue and Joseph Perdue; sisters Emma Jane (Calvin) Roberts and Nora (Robert) Roberts; his wife Deborah (Powell) Perdue, and 1st wife Frances Sullivan, mother to their three children Grace Perdue, Kristiana Smith, and Charlotte (Wayne) Chafin; nine grandchildren, Ashley, Krynn, Dezaray, Chance, Elizabeth, Chase, Charisma, Sebastian and Jesseca; and six great-grandchildren, Aiyana, Mason, Aceson, Declan, Emmalyn and Johnathan.
