Jean Carol Changes, 81, of Foster, WV passed away Sunday, September 4, 2016.
She was born August 1, 1935 and was a daughter to the late Perry F. and Norma E. Miller Dolin. She was also preceded in death by her husband, George W. Changes; and brothers, Elmer and Bernard Dolin.
She was a retired telephone operator for C&P Telephone Company and a homemaker. She was a member of Foster Church of Christ.
She is survived by son, Michael (Christina) Changes of Beckley; daughter, Georgina (Darrell) Lockard of Foster; grandchildren, Ashley Seabolt, Perry Changes, Travis Seabolt, Loren Changes and Lulu Changes; great-grandchildren, Dyllan Leavitt and Sabrina Leavitt.
A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, September 7, 2016 at Memory Gardens, Madison, WV with LD Miller officiating.
Arrangements by Handley Funeral Home, Danville.
