James Albert Cooper, 80, of West Hamlin, WV passed away September 2, 2023.
He was born April 29, 1943 a son of the late Howard and Sarah Cooper. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife Judith Cooper; and one son Tracy Cooper.
He is survived by son, Trevor Cooper; daughter, Felecity Cooper; sister, Maxine Wendell; three grandchildren, Tristan Cooper, Tuesday Puckett, and Nathan McComas.
Service will be 11 a.m. Thursday, September 7, 2023 at Handley Funeral Home in Hamlin, WV with visitation one hour prior to the service.
