James Anthony Brooks, 38, of Bald Knob was born March 5, 1974 and left this world on September 13, 2012.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, Vernon Green; his grandmother, Alberta Massey Green; and his aunt, Kay Green.
He is survived by two sons, James "Ikie" Brooks and Tyler Brooks; his parents, Jimmy and Linda Green Brooks of Greenwood; two sisters, Felicia Brooks and husband Hughie Hamilton of Madison and Donna Kay Green of Bob White; and two brothers, Ray Brooks of Wharton and Bobby Joe Muncy of Williams Mountain.
He may be gone, but he will live in the hearts of his loved ones forever.
Service will be 1 p.m. Tuesday, September 18 at Greenwood Church of God with David Osborne and Donnie Elam officiating. Burial will follow in Workman Cemetery, Bald Knob.
Friends may call one hour prior to the service at the church.
