Jacqueline Joyce Mitchell, 68, of Danville passed away Thursday, April 13, 2017 at Lincoln Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Hamlin.
She was born March 25, 1949 and was a daughter of the late Bennie and Helen Stewart Workman.
She was a retired RN from Charleston Area Medical Center, Charleston.
She is survived by her husband, Paul E. Mitchell; two sons, Timothy Pridemore and Brian Pridemore; one stepson, Christopher Mitchell; two sisters, Sharon Pridemore and Mary Workman; three brothers, Larry Workman, Wade Workman and Wayne Workman; granddaughter, Shayla Kazee of whom she raised; and several other grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A service will be scheduled at a later date.
Arrangements by Handley Funeral Home in Danville.
