Irene Mann

Irene Mann, 95, of Ronceverte, WV passed away July 27, 2024. She loved her son Franklin that she cared for her whole life and she passed with her family by her side: Carolyn, Polly, Christine, Dolly and Franklin.

She was born September 11, 1928 in Twilight, WV, a daughter of the late Tolbert and Paulina Green. She was preceded in death by husband Frank and daughter, Daisy Foster.

She was a member of Church of Christ in Lewisburg, WV. 

She is survived by her sons, Charles Benny Green Mann and Franklin Jody Mann; daughters, Carolyn Marie Mann, Polly Stover, Rethel Flora and Priscilla Farley; brother, David Green; sister Dolly Cantrell; 18 grandchildren; 35 great grandchildren; and 16 great-great grandchildren.

Service will be 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 31 at Handley Funeral Home in Danville, WV with Kenneth Mitchell officiating.  Burial will follow in Mid-Ferrell Cemetery, Bandytown, WV.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
