IMOGENE NOE, 82, of Midkiff, WV, passed away March 24, 2016, at St. Mary’s Medical Center.
She was born September 6, 1933, at Price, WV, and was the daughter of the late Edgar R. and Wanda Smith Wellman.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, Royce Dean Wellman, and one son Gordon Gregory Noe.
She is survived by her loving husband of almost 67 years, Okey Noe, one daughter, Sherry (Bill) Rakes of MIdkiff, and one son, Okey (Greta) Noe II, of Morgantown, WV. She was also survived by five grandchildren, Dustin (Tina) Rakes, Nicole Rakes, Tara Noe, Jenna Noe and Sophie Noe, five great-grandchildren, two special nieces, Judy Browning Donahue and Janice McCoy Swann, and numerous friends and neighbors.
She touched the lives of many people during her life and will be greatly missed.
Visitation will be from 6 pm to 8 pm, Saturday, March 26, 2016, at the McGhee Handley Funeral Home, West Hamlin. Funeral services will be conducted at 2 pm Sunday, March 27, 2016, at the McGhee Handley Funeral Home, West Hamlin, with Elder Doug Ramey officiating. Burial will be at Enon Cemetery, Salt Rock.
