Herbie Daniel Sias, 74, of Ranger, WV passed away February 6, 2014 at Cabell-Huntington Hospital. He was born August 13, 1939 a son of the late William and Norma Cheverant Sias of Ranger, WV.
He is preceeded in death by sisters Lillie Josephine Pritchard, Winnie Ruth McClellan and Rose Lucas; and a brother Fred Lee Sias.
He is survived by sisters Phyllis Adkins, Sallie Sias and Patricia Mae Volyard; brothers Texal Ray Sias and Collie Sias; mother of his children Arena Crum; son Herbie Sias Jr.; daughters Sue Sias, Donna Mabry and Dianna Curry. He is also survived by ten grandchildren and sixteen great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 2:00 pm Monday February 10, 2014 at McGhee-Handley Funeral Home in West Hamlin, WV with Frankie Frye officiating. The viewing will be two hours prior to the service. Burial will follow at Sias-Lambert Cemetery in Ranger, WV.
