Edward Lee Dillon

Edward Lee Dillon 45, of Branchland, WV died Monday June 29, 2015 at VAMC of Lexington, KY. He was born January 21, 1970 a son of Cameron "Buddy" Dillon and Janet Cook. He was a US Army Veteran, belonged to the FFA and loved to hunt and help anyone he could.

In addition to his parents he is also survived by his wife, Kimberly Brunty Dillon; his son, Jesse Dillon and daughter, Makayla Dillon at home; brother. Mark Dillon of Lexington, KY; father and mother-in-law, Cecil and Cora Brunty; sister-in-law, Tina Short; brother-in-law, Joey Short; special niece, Katie Short; special uncle, Harold Cook; and several special cousins, nieces and nephews.

Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Thursday, July 2, 2015 at McGhee-Handley Funeral Home, West Hamlin, WV with Paul Stevens officiating. Burial will follow at Franklin Cemetery, Branchland, WV with Military Graveside Rites provided by American Legion Post 111 of Hamlin.

A visitation will be held two hours prior to the service on Thursday.
