Dreama Doreen Green

Dreama Doreen Green, 63, of Uneeda, peacefully entered into her Heavenly home on Friday, September 27, 2024. 

She was preceded in death by her parents, George and Martha Anna Smith; brother, David Bowman and brother-in-law, Ceidle “Junior” Long.

She is survived by her adoring husband of 45 years, Doug Green, sons Jeremy (Maylinda) Green of Reidsville, North Carolina, Matthew (Amanda) Green of Stoke-on-Trent, England, step-son Derrick (Tiffany) Massey of Hewett; two grandsons, Parker and Hudson Green; sister Vickie Long, brother Steve (Teresa) Smith; very special friend London Meade, and a host of loving nieces, nephews and cousins. 

Dreama was a loving wife and mother, as well as a faithful member of Bible Baptist Church of Danville. She most enjoyed spending time with her grandsons, who were her pride and joy. 

Whether by serving others or by suffering illness gracefully, she always maintained a great testimony for her Lord. Dreama showed compassion to others in so many ways. She was known for being the sweetest person in the room and will be dearly missed by many. 

She unwaveringly trusted Jesus Christ as her rock and though she showed strength and courage throughout her earthly battles, she was ready and eager to meet her Savior.

The family would like to thank HospiceCare of Charleston for their kindness and exceptional care during this time.

Visitation will be from 12-2pm on Monday, September 30, 2024 at Bible Baptist Church of Danville with services immediately following. Handley Funeral Home will be handling arrangements.
