Dicie Elizabeth Fulks, 83, of Midkiff, WV passed away Saturday October 3, 2020. She was born October 7, 1936 in West Hamlin, WV, a daughter of the late Freeman and Tennessee Bryant Noe. She was also preceded in death by her husband Jewel Fulks; two sons, Stevie Fulks and Nathan Fulks; and a daughter Myrtle Michelle Fulks.
She is survived by her children, Dreama Gray, Michael Fulks, Waco Fulks, Wade Fulks and Kimberly Manns; sister, Diane Blank; brother, Absolun Bryant; 21 grandchildren, 25 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be 1:00 pm Wednesday, October 7, 2020 at McGhee-Handley Funeral Home, West Hamlin, WV. The burial will follow in the Fulks Cemetery, Ranger, WV.
A visitation will be from 6 pm to 8 pm Tuesday at the funeral home.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, CDC guidelines will be observed, with mask and social distancing encouraged.
