Dennie Wayne Burns, age 43, of Cross Lanes passed away unexpectedly at home. March 23, 2016. He was born March 24, 1972 and was a son of the late Earnest Wayne Burns.
He was a graduate of Van High School. He was a veteran who served nine years in the United States Army after graduation. He was employed at Roxalana Hills Apartments in Dunbar.
He is survived by his mother, Ruby Iris Burns; sisters, Terrica Stover (Joey) and Rebecca Ford (Lewis); nephews, Joseph Stover, Regenald Burns and Michael Burns; also his loving companion, Jennifer Johnson (Jenna).
Dennie’s wishes were to be cremated without services. His final resting place will be in Memory Gardens, Madison.
We would like to send a special thanks to the family in Christ at Rock Creek Church of Christ and all other family for their love and support during this time.
