Delores A. Smith, 84 of West Hamlin, WV passed away Monday February 9, 2015 at Huntington Health and Rehab. She was born February 7, 1931 a daughter of the late Clarence and Edith Scites Cooper. She was a homemaker. She was also preceded in death by her husband Ralph Smith Sr.; three brothers, Clarence Cooper Jr., Denfred Cooper, and Winfred Cooper; and one sister JaneAnna Cooper.
She is survived by her son Ralph Smith Jr. and Tilda Stump; two sisters Ruth Adkins and Brenda Slater; and several nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be 2:00 PM Friday February 13, 2015 at Enon Cemetery, Salt Rock, WV with Kip Cooper officiating. A visitation will be held Thursday from 6 to 8 PM at McGhee-Handley Funeral Home, West Hamlin, WV.
She is survived by her son Ralph Smith Jr. and Tilda Stump; two sisters Ruth Adkins and Brenda Slater; and several nieces and nephews.
