Dedra Ann Vickers

Our beloved mother, Dedra Ann Vickers, "Dee Dee", 76 of Charleston, WV, passed away on Wednesday, May 1, 2024 surrounded by her loved ones. 

Dee was born on August 17, 1947 and was a graduate of Stonewall Jackson High School.

Dedra was preceded in death by her loving parents Arlon & Sylvia Vickers; her brothers Paul & Tommy; and fiance' Keith Walker.  

Dedra was survived by her daughter, DeeAnna (Brett) Ward, Bryce, Brogan of Hurricane, WV; daughter Terri (Andy) Preston, Drew, Tate of Tega Cay, SC; son Brett (Cynthia) Harper, Krystal, Tori, Brooklynn, Kelsey of Ripley, WV; son Chad Harper, Nitro, WV; brother Tim (Margaret "Mac") Vickers of Charleston, WV; first husband Terry Harper of Walton, WV; and his siblings, as well as multiple nieces, nephews and extended family and friends.

Although she was a quiet person, she lived her life to love and take care of her family and friends and was steadfast in her salvation.

At her request, a graveside service will be held at Boone Memorial Park in Madison, WV on Sunday, May 12, 2024 at 2:00 P.M.
