Charles Ray Napier, 66, of Branchland, WV died Tuesday July 6, 2021.
He was born March 13, 1955 a son of the late Charles and Ardania Staley Napier. He was also preceded in death by a sister Delila Scites; and brothers Tom Napier and George Napier.
He is survived by his sisters Matilda Noe and Thena Loney; his brothers Ab Napier and Arthur Napier; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete at this time. McGhee-Handley Funeral Home of West Hamlin is assisting the family.
