Charles Ray Gurski, 76, of Peytona, WV, passed away on October 24, 2024.
Charles was a retired electrician in the coal mining industry. In his spare time, Charles loved the many years he dedicated to coaching Little League baseball, and he also enjoyed tinkering with cars.
Charles was preceded in death by his wife, June Ellen Gurski; parents, Joe and Evelyn Gurski; and brother, Joe Gurski, Jr.
Left to cherish Charles’s memory are his sons, Tony (Angel) Gurski of Clendenin, WV and Nick (Melinda) Gurski of Peytona, WV; brother, Chuck Gurski of Charleston, WV; sisters, Judy Gurski of Alum Creek, WV, Joey Belcher of Alum Creek, WV, and Mary Beth Gurski of Charleston, WV; grandchildren, Joshua, Kelsi, Nate, Zeke, and Eli; and great-grandchild, Caysen.
Service will be 11 a.m. Saturday, November 16, 2024 at Handley Funeral Home in Danville, WV with visitation one hour prior to the service.
