Carolyn Jewell Baker, 82, of Branchland, WV died Wednesday June 29, 2022.
She was born November 6, 1939 in Cabell County, WV, a daughter of the late Raymond and Julia Glenna Thomas. She was also preceded in death by two brothers, Richard and Russell; one sister, Joann; her grandma Hazel Wilson; and five aunts.
She is survived by her companion, Shelbie Parsons; great grandson, James Hassie; her dog, Miley; five children, Donna, Audrey, Donald, Jeanette and Jonathon; 14 grandchildren; 18 great grandchildren; and was about to be a great-great grandma.
Funeral services will be 11:00am Tuesday, July 5, 2022 at McGhee-Handley Funeral Home, West Hamlin, WV. The burial will follow in Fairview Memory Gardens, Hamlin, WV.
A visitation will be one hour prior to the funeral.
