Obituary

Brailynn Ramona Marie Craycraft, our beloved “angel among us” passed away peacefully on Friday, January 16, 2026. Born on December 17, 2014, Brailynn spent her years teaching everyone around her the true meaning of resilience, joy, and unconditional love.

Brailynn was a beautiful, sassy, and silly little girl who refused to let her medical conditions define her. To know Brailynn was to know a spirit that was both fierce and gentle, a little girl who could steal a room with her personality and fill it with joy just by being in it.

Brailynn is survived by her devoted and loving parents, Paul Craycraft and Kendall Craycraft; and her loving siblings, Paul Craycraft III, Carter Craycraft, and Talitha Craycraft. She also leaves behind her Maw-Maw Ruthie Brainard, Nana April Lester and Paw-Paw Chris Lester; along with many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, family, and friends.

Brailynn was preceded in death by her grandfathers, Paul Craycraft Sr. and Casey Brainard; her aunts, Denise Bayless and Talitha Belcher; and many others who were waiting to welcome her home.

Though our hearts are heavy we find comfort in knowing that Brailynn is no longer bound by her physical struggles that she faced with such bravery. She was a gift to us for 11 years and now her sassy, loving spirit will live on in all of us.

A graveside service will take place with her Uncle Nate Dolin officiating.
