Boyd Edwin Hager, 71, of Barboursville, WV died July 30, 2015.
He was born January 29, 1944 in Monroe, Michigan, a son of the late Clarence and Thelma Timberlake Hager. He was also preceded in death by a daughter, Amanda Jean Hager; brothers, Thomas Hager and Jimmie Hager.
He was a US Army Veteran.
He is survived by one son, Boyd Edwin Hager Jr.; a sister, Loretta Mounts; and several nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be 2:00 pm Monday, August 3, 2015 at McGhee-Handley Funeral Home, West Hamlin, WV. The burial will be in the Goodman Cemetery, Wayne where there will be a military graveside conducted.
A visitation will be two hours prior to the funeral.
