Billy Wayne Collins, age 80, of Princeton, NC passed away on Wednesday, October 21, 2026. He was born August 24,1946 and was a son of the late Willis and Stella Collins.
Billy was a United States Army Veteran having served during the Vietnam War. He was a retired coal miner from Harris Coal Company.
He is survived by his wife Brenda Kaye Collins; son, Ronnie Collins of Princeton, NC; brothers, Herman Collins of Fairdale, WV and Randy Collins of Jackson, KY; sister, Brenda Sue Collins of Fairdale, WV; and four grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
Service will be 2 p.m. Thursday, November 5, 2026 at Handley Funeral Home in Danville, WV. Burial will follow in Family Gardens on Low Gap Road, Danville, WV.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
