Billie Lee Elkins

Billie Lee Elkins of Ranger, WV was born on June 7, 1938, and passed away on January 22, 2026.

Billie was preceded in death by her husband of 68 years, Howard Elkins Jr. She was also preceded by her mother Virgie Mae Adkins, brother Thomas Sias, and sister Betty Midkiff.

She is survived by her sons Steven Elkins and Lowell Elkins, granddaughters Jennifer and Jessica Elkins along with a great-great granddaughter Haylee Elkins and Sister in-law Vivian Melinda Marcum.

Billie touched many lives in her time on earth and will be greatly missed by those who knew and loved her.

The family would like to give special thanks to Hospice of Huntington for their care.

Handley Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements. 

Per Billie's wishes the family will not be holding any services.
