Betty Natoma Jackson

Betty Natoma Jackson, 82, was called home to be with the Lord on September 16, 2025. She was born on January 22, 1943, to the late Bill and Sarah Craddock in Ramage, WV.

She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 47years, Roy F. Jackson, her brother William Craddock, sister Peggy Justice, brother-in-law Donald Justice, and her two dogs, Zoey and Bella.

After graduating from Birch High School, Betty and Roy moved to Cleveland, OH where she worked several jobs and raised her family. Upon retirement from Cuyahoga County Sheriff’s office as a payroll supervisor, she and her husband returned to the family homestead in Greenview, WV. She became very active with the Greenview Church of Christ, whose members quickly became her loving friends. in her spare time, she enjoyed quilting, crafting, baking, and spending time with her grandchildren.

Betty leaves behind her son Roy (Alberta) Jackson, son Michael (Tracy) Jackson, grandchildren, Tristen and Connor Jackson, her siblings, Margaret (Wilford) Gartin and Richard (Lynn) Craddock, and also many nieces and nephews. The family also wishes to extend a special acknowledgment to James and Peggy Jackson of Ramage, who provided years of laughter and companionship.

Service will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, September 20, 2025, at the Handley Funeral Home at Danville, WV with Alan Barker officiating. Burial will follow in Memory Gardens at Low Gap Road, Madison, WV.

Friends may call one hour prior to services on Saturday.
